To place an order, simply search for the desired tires by entering the measurements in the appropriate search table on the home page, or by accessing the "Tires Search" page and apply the filtering system concerned.
We try to ship all orders within 24 hours except for certain items indicated in the product detail (in the months with the highest number of orders for our sector, shipments in APRIL/MAY and NOVEMBER may be delayed up to 24 hours)
Shipments in Italy are delivered within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). For Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, southern Italy and disadvantaged locations and smaller islands, shipping times can be extended by 2-3 working days. Attention! The exact delivery times are indicated in the tire detail sheet.
You will receive the shipment tracking via email and you will be updated on all stages of the shipment, such as when the order will be delivered.
We try to ship in super fast times, so it is not always possible for us to modify / cancel orders already placed. If you have noticed that you want to cancel / modify an order, contact the assistance center IMMEDIATELY so that we can immediately check if this is possible. Yes, we ship abroad.
The courier will make up to 2 delivery attempts, for any problem please contact our assistance center by e-mail: email@example.com; our operators will put the shipment back on delivery as soon as possible.
It's not a problem! However, remember that shipments are very fast, so please contact our assistance center as soon as possible via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org; specifying your data (including a mobile phone number) and specifying the correct data for shipping.

Did you pay on delivery? The refund will be made by bank transfer. You will be asked for an IBAN and account holder. If you placed your order with a card, the refund will be made directly to the card used for the order.
Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the package.
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, it can take up to 3/5 days before the refund is made. When we make the refund you will receive a refund confirmation email and the amount will be visible on the card or on your account in about 2/5 working days (timing depends on your bank).
You can pay comfortably in cash on delivery for items used for the service (see payment details on delivery). For the remaining orders, payment via PayPal, card and bank transfer is available. For any doubts contact our offices.
We accept Visa credit cards as a payment method; MasterCard; Master; Discover; Aura card; American Express; Diner Club; union pay; Payment: Paypal; Bank transfer and cash on delivery (for enabled products). Your card details will remain secret, they will only be used by you to complete the payment.
Of course, we accept payment with Poste Pay, via PayPal (which will be a guarantee for the seller and buyer).
